REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

NO REFUNDS

All purchases for TruNu Scalp Hair Clinic training programs, certifications, mentorships, classes, and related services are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of live training, limited seating, instructor preparation, venue costs, materials, and digital access, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to attend

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal emergencies

  • Travel issues

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to complete the program

  • Failure to earn certification

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training date, you may submit a written reschedule request under the following conditions:

  • Request must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled training date

  • One (1) reschedule is permitted per enrollment

  • Reschedule is subject to seat availability

  • Reschedule must be used within 6 months of original purchase

No reschedules will be granted for requests made within 14 days of the training date.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to attend the training without approved rescheduling will be considered a forfeited enrollment. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.

TRANSFERS

Enrollments are non-transferable. Your seat may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another individual under any circumstances.

PAYMENT PLANS & FINANCING

All payment plans and third-party financing agreements are binding and must be completed in full regardless of attendance, participation, or completion.

Missed or declined payments may result in:

  • Loss of mentorship access

  • Suspension from program resources

  • Revocation of certification eligibility

CERTIFICATION DISCLAIMER

Certification is awarded based on:

  • Attendance

  • Participation

  • Professional conduct

  • Demonstrated skill competency

TruNu Scalp Hair Clinic reserves the right to withhold certification for failure to meet program standards. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

PROGRAM CHANGES

TruNu Scalp Hair Clinic reserves the right to:

  • Modify training dates, locations, instructors, or format if necessary

  • Substitute virtual instruction if required

  • Adjust program content while maintaining overall value

In the event of a program change initiated by TruNu Scalp Hair Clinic, students will be notified accordingly. No refunds will be issued.
